Timothy Renick, Senior Vice President for Student Success and Professor of Religious Studies at Georgia State University, presented his keynote speech ‘Scaling Analytics and Institutional Change to Eliminate Equity Gaps’ at the National Symposium on Student Retention 2019 in New Orleans. Introduction by NSSR Director Sandra Whalen.

In his presentation, Dr. Renick discusses the current paradigm shift in higher education where colleges and universities are moving towards a more student-centric communication strategy to help students persist to graduation.
